New Fitness and Health Insurance Providers

That’s why in 2019, we focused on providing our customers with more flexibility around the benefits and perks they offer through Justworks. This past year, we added new health insurance and fitness providers to give you a way to personalize your benefits offered through Justworks.
Kaiser Permanente & UnitedHealthcare
In 2019, we were proud to begin offering customers in select regions access to health insurance through Kaiser Permanente and UnitedHealthcare. Offering more health insurance providers was the first step in providing our customers with a more diverse set of high-quality, affordable health insurance options.
If eligible, offering Kaiser Permanente or UnitedHealthcare gives you the opportunity to provide your employees a greater breadth of affordable health insurance options. With the new providers, you can now pick a carrier that makes the most sense for your company and the talent you want to attract and retain.
ClassPass
Whether your team wants to run a marathon or simply touch their toes, Justworks made it easy to access exciting fitness and wellness experiences across the U.S. by teaming up with ClassPass. The collaboration with ClassPass allows our customers to pursue high-quality, highly personalized fitness and wellness opportunities at over 10,000 fitness studios across the country. In over 50 cities worldwide, employees can choose from a variety of experiences like yoga, strength training, acupuncture, and even cryotherapy all at exclusive rates only available to Justworks customers.
Offering ClassPass to your employees is a great way to take care of your team across the country and promote wellness within the culture of your company. Best of all, you can easily enroll and offer ClassPass to your team directly in Justworks.
Company Benefits Overview
Already added ClassPass? Offered commuter benefits for the first time last year? You have great benefits and perks, and now it’s even easier to show them off. Justworks created a new Company Benefits Overview feature to generate a polished overview of your company’s benefits directly from Justworks. Send the Company Benefits Overview to top talent you’re trying to recruit! It’s a great way to showcase the quality of benefits and perks you’re offering your team.
Stay Compliant with Ease
In addition to our new providers, Justworks took steps in 2019 to help make compliance easier. The HR landscape changes frequently, and we’re here to support you with HR support, tools, and best practices to set you up for success. Here are two highlights from 2019 that did just that:
Harassment Prevention and Inclusion Training
In our dedication to offer you the best compliance support, Justworks launched integrated harassment prevention and inclusion trainings through EVERFI in Justworks. The trainings free of charge to administer through Justworks. We also included training on managing bias in the workplace and diversity and inclusion training to best support your team.
Assigning courses and tracking when they’ve been completed is simple using the Training Status Report. You can rest easy knowing that your team has the information they need to create a safe and inclusive workplace.
Close Out the Year with New End of Year Tools
We know the end of the year can get hectic for you and your business. At the end of 2019, we made it a goal to help you end the year with confidence. We built a brand new End of Year Tasklist page in Justworks to keep you on track of final filings, payments, and tax returns. More improvements and tools to follow in 2020! 
Features to Streamline Payroll and Reporting
We introduced new features and upgraded others to give your team more flexibility when it comes to running payroll and closing your books. Built based on your feedback, here are three big updates we launched in the past year:
QuickBooks Online Enhancements
We’ve added new features to our QuickBooks Online integration to give you the ability to send more in-depth payment details to your ledger without the headache of manually coding your journal entries. Use our new QuickBooks Online integration to: Map your Chart of Accounts by Justworks departments Map different types of supplemental pay (commission, bonus, severance, etc.) Map pay types to any sub-account in your Chart of Accounts
New Payroll Report
We launched a new version of the payroll report to make tracking and analyzing your company’s payments simpler. You can now more easily drill down into employee payments, deductions, and contributions across specific time frames, departments, and locations.
Multiple Bank Accounts
Now, employees can split their paycheck into more than two bank accounts directly in Justworks. After setting up a primary and secondary bank account, employees can add up to ten bank accounts to manage where their paycheck goes and how they manage their budget.
