If you’re using Justworks Payroll, you can pay employees in multiple states provided that they are located in states where Payroll is currently available. Note: Payroll is ideally suited for businesses operating in 1-2 states at most, with smaller teams of 1-30 full-time employees or contractor-only businesses.
