At Justworks, we want to help our customers take care of their teams and easily complete their benefits administration. Today, we’re excited to announce that we’re bringing enrollment for our Short Term and Long Term Disability and Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment in app. 

When employees face a disabling illness or accident, or worse, stressors quickly pile up between recovery and needing to maintain income to cover additional expenses. With STD, LTD, and Life/AD&D insurance benefits you can help your team know they are financially secure when they face times of uncertainty by providing insurance coverage that covers a portion of their income. Instead of reaching out to our Customer Success Teams to complete enrollment and choose your policies, you can now do this with an easy 4-step flow, saving you time and empowering you to do this all on your own. 

How to enroll

1. First, to add the benefit, navigate to your company’s benefits center through HR > Benefits > Add Benefits. 

2. Next, you will find detailed information about these benefits; including different options, costs, billing, and more. Once you’ve reviewed this information, click “Get Started”. 

3. Select which life and disability Insurance policies you want to offer and the policy effective date. Click “Review”. 

4. Finally, once you review your selections click “Submit” to complete the company enrollment.
