Justworks currently partners with MetLife to offer short-term disability insurance. Short-term disability insurance can help replace part of your team members' income in the event of illness or disability.
Two types of STD policies
Justworks offers two types of STD policies: employer paid (noncontributory LTD) and employee paid (voluntary LTD). Employees can only have one type of policy. You can choose from a menu of options on the side.
