Age can be a sensitive subject, no matter where (or if) it’s broached. At Justworks, we believe that the most vibrant workplaces are cultivated through inclusion of people across many generations. That’s why we created DECADES, a series to facilitate open and honest dialogue about ageism in the workplace.
Our inaugural event took place on July 25th, 2017, with the theme of investing. We brought together four incredible panelists, each in a different decade of their life, to discuss how age impacts their industry. They also shared the lessons they’ve learned over their many (or few) years in investing.
Psst...you can watch a short video all about DECADES with Justworks' event manager, Cassidy North-Reist.
