Idaho implemented new legislation titled “Coronavirus Stop Act”, which mandates that employers in the state can no longer require vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required by law. Employers with mandatory vaccination policies should review these policies and consult legal counsel as needed.
