Oklahoma follows the federal requirements and doesn’t have regulations requiring employers to provide meal and rest break periods.

Lactation Accommodation Laws

In Oklahoma, state law specifies that employers must provide reasonable unpaid breaks and a private place for employees to pump breast milk for at least one year after childbirth.
