"A good all-in-one platform for performance and engagement"

I really like how easy it is to run performance reviews and track goals in Leapsome. The platform feels simple to use, but at the same time, it gives a lot of flexibility. "Onboarding, training, feedback and goals, all in one place"

I joined my company last year, and, as a newbie, it was so refreshing to find a one-stop-shop for onboarding materials, company-wide training materials as well as feedback (both impromptu feedback and year-end reviews) and personal-professional goals all in one place. Unsure whether there are additional modules, but delighted with what is offered at the moment.
