Terms & Conditions

Offer valid for new Justworks customers referred by Uncharted only. To qualify, your company must not have had an active Justworks Customer Service Agreement within the prior 24 months, and you must be referred through an authorized Uncharted referral link or partner code. You must go live on the Justworks platform (defined as completing your first full payroll cycle for all covered employees) by December 31, 2026.

"6 months free" refers to a waiver of Justworks Fees during Months 1–3 and Months 13–15 of your service term. "Justworks Fees" refers solely to the Justworks Administrative Fee (as defined in the Customer Service Agreement for our Payroll or PEO product) or to the Justworks Fee (as defined in the Customer Service Agreement for our EOR product), as applicable. All other costs and fees — including but not limited to, gross payroll, taxes, workers' compensation, EPLI fees, and benefit premiums — remain your responsibility. To receive the Month 13–15 Justworks Fee credit, your account must be active and in good standing (no material breach and current on all payments) throughout the first 12 months.

If you upgrade or add products (Payroll, PEO, or EOR) during your service term, the free-month timeline carries over to your new or upgraded product. The fixed free months (1, 2, 3, 13, 14, and 15) apply to whichever Justworks product (Payroll, PEO, or EOR) you are subscribed to at that time.

Justworks Fee Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited upon termination. Cannot be combined with other offers.
