When it comes to support, having multiple ways to reach out to Justworks is something Liz Cordell, People Operations Manager at Capsule, finds very beneficial. She particularly enjoys working with Capsule’s dedicated account manager. “I know I can just call him and he picks up the phone. If I email him, I usually get a response the next day. He always has a good answer and is efficient,” Liz said. She also likes having other ways to reach out for customer support, so she was glad when Justworks added Slack as an alternative to chat support. “We use Slack internally, so it was nice to add Justworks to the platform. I use it for simple questions — the waiting times are minimal.”
Justworks’ compliance resources are also very helpful for Liz. She often reads compliance articles on the Justworks website, and regularly reads The Scoop, a monthly newsletter that Justworks uses to help keep customers up to date on the latest changes in employment law. Having access to Justworks’ HR consultants is also valuable when she has compliance-related questions. Reaching out to a consultant when she needs expert insights helps clarify what regulations might apply in a particular situation, or helps verify her understanding of specific laws. Being able to interact with a consultant via Zoom (in addition to email or phone communication) is something Liz really appreciates. “It is nice when I can just Zoom chat with someone, so I can get it all out there and we can go back and forth.” For Liz, that level of interaction makes a difference.
