Rebate Process/Schedule
Justworks takes great pride in being the solution of choice to so many trusted members of the small business community, from accountants, lawyers, banks, venture capital firms, consultants, etc. As a thank you to our partners, customers referred by our Rebate Partners will receive perpetuity rebates on their Justworks invoice expressed as a “Per Employee Per Month” (PEPM) amount.
Customers are eligible for this program/offer when they are referred by an individual or firm who:
Has an active and executed Partner Agreement
Has elected “Customer Rebate” as their Partner Perk
Customers entitled to rebates will see the rebate reflected in the Justworks Proposal presented by the Justworks Account Executive (AE). The AE will have also noted the customer’s rebate qualification in our internal systems.
The amount of the customer rebate is based on several factors and subject to fluctuate based on those factors:
Justworks Solution(s)
As different Justworks solutions (Payroll, PEO Basic, PEO Plus, EOR, International Contractors) have different costs, the rebate rates differ by solution.
If a customer changes their Justworks’ solution, their rebate will change accordingly.
Customer Headcount
The rebate amount is calculated as a “Per Employee Per Month” (PEPM) rate. Thus, changes to a customer’s company headcount will cause the rebate amount to change.
The rebate amount is the PEPM rebate rate multiplied by the number of active employees in a given month.
Rebate Partner’s “Tier Status”
The rebate rate is also based on the Rebate Partner’s tier (bronze, silver, gold).
Justworks Docusign Pricing Agreements and CSA will reflect the full administrative fees of Justworks solutions.
Rebates are issued in the form of an invoice credit.
Rebates are issued 60 days in arrears.
Example: a customer going live on our PEO will pay the full administrative fee for their first two months as a client. They will see the rebate for their first month on their third invoice.
Note: different Justworks solutions follow different billing cycles.
Customers using multiple Justworks solutions are invoiced separately, and thus will see their rebates on the respective invoices.
If a client terms, their final 2 months of rebates will be issued as payments to their bank account following the same schedule.
The terms of this Partner Referral Customer Rebate Program are subject to change at the discretion of Justworks. Customer eligibility for these PEPM rebates is determined strictly by their active relationship as a Justworks customer and their Referral Partner’s active status as a member of the Justworks Referral Partner Program, with selection of “Customer Rebates” as their Referral Perk.
