Promotion Period. This offer is available to eligible customers who sign up for Justworks Payroll between August 17, 2026 and September 14, 2026.
Eligibility. This promotion is available to new Justworks Payroll customers only. Current Justworks customers are not eligible. Offer is non-transferable.
Offer Details. Eligible customers receive three (3) months free on the following fees: monthly base fee, hourly and salaried employee PEPM, domestic contractor PEPM, and access to benefits. The following are billed at standard rates from the date of signup: time tracking fees, international contractor fees, Employer of Record (EOR) fees, and all other international product suite fees.
Redemption. To redeem this offer, customers must complete their Justworks Payroll account setup — including signing the Customer Service Agreement (CSA), verifying their bank account, and adding a company signatory — within one (1) month of initiating their signup. Customers who do not complete setup within this window forfeit the promotional offer and will be billed at standard rates.
Post-Promotion Billing. Beginning in month four (4) of service, standard Justworks Payroll pricing applies automatically ($50/month base fee + $8 per employee per month). Customers will be notified prior to the start of their first paid billing cycle. Continued use of Justworks Payroll after the promotional period constitutes acceptance of standard pricing terms.
General. Justworks reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time. Customers who have completed setup during the promotion period will have their three free months honored. This offer has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Justworks standard Terms of Service apply to all customers regardless of promotional status and can be found at justworks.com/terms.
