With the addition of ICHRA, Justworks now supports all three major health coverage models—Small Group, Large Group, and Individual health plans—in one place, giving businesses more ways to find the right fit today and adapt as needs change over time.

And, if employees don’t use the entire amount, leftover funds can go towards eligible expenses like contact lenses or therapy.

Your team chooses coverage that fits their doctors, networks, and prescriptions, while you avoid the headache of deciding for everyone.

3. We Handle the Rest

We’ve partnered with Thatch to take care of the setup, reimbursements, compliance, and reporting. They’ll also guide employees through open enrollment and help them narrow down their choices, so you’re not stuck playing middleman.
