We’re expanding Custom Benefits to Justworks Payroll Customers.
With Custom Benefits, Justworks Payroll customers can now display the benefits, policies, perks, and programs they offer outside of Justworks — from dog-friendly offices and Taco Tuesdays to onsite childcare and mentorship programs.
This new feature allows you to:
Boost Benefit Adoption. Increase employee engagement, with all your benefits in one place.
Show off your culture. Tailor each benefit to flaunt what makes your company unique—add descriptions, links, and eligibility details.
Add benefits in just a few clicks. Create or tweak your benefits anytime, so they stay up-to-date as your offerings change.
Get started by navigating to Company > Benefits > Add Benefits and clicking Custom Benefits. As always, we’re here 24/7 if you have any questions.
