In 2002, Red Key Solutions began as a small consulting company and converted into a management services company for IT support in the Westchester and NYC Metro area.
Although the business grew steadily, President of Red Key Solutions Alex Markov knew several elements kept Red Key Solutions from recruiting talent on a level playing field with corporations.

“Our time spent on HR and payroll and everything has gone down,” said Alex. “That’s now given us the confidence to go after aggressive growth because we’re now much more scalable. We can target any candidate in the market.”
