Cara LaForge, Business and Operations Director for Frost Giant Studios, is a big fan of Justworks’ customer support. In fact, it’s one of the reasons she enjoys working with Justworks so much. “Justworks has great employees who provide a uniformly amazing experience. They provide quality customer support with people who appear to be empowered to solve your problem immediately,” she said. “They have human beings who are available, not only to speak to you, but who also clearly care about the company’s reputation and the functionality of the software.”
“The fact that I know who to call, and that they will be responsive and care about our experience, has made a big difference,” she said. These factors are particularly important to Cara, in part due to a less-than-stellar experience with another provider she worked with prior to joining Justworks.
With Justworks, Cara has an Account Manager who is available and responsive. “It is so helpful to have someone to reach out to for help who doesn’t simply tell me to look it up in a help document, but instead asks questions, listens, and answers succinctly.”
Cara hasn’t had to call Justworks a lot, but when she does, her Account Manager picks up the phone immediately. “I can always email her with any questions,” Cara said. “She responds so quickly and with such detail that it is a pleasure.” Cara also appreciates Justworks’ chat option, which is helpful when she can’t hop on the phone.
Not only does Justworks’ customer support meet Cara’s high expectations, but the same is also true for the platform itself. “We love all of the Justworks functionality,” she said. “It just works. It’s simple, a clean interface.”
After researching several PEOs, the great thing Cara found is that Justworks appears to be the one platform that’s truly built from ground up. This means that, as a Justworks customer, Cara no longer has to spend a lot of her time finding solutions. “Justworks frees me up to devote time to non-payroll tasks,” she said. “Previously, I spent all of my time troubleshooting issues. Now, I get time back in my day to focus on business development.”
Cara’s not the only member of the Frost Giant Studios team who finds Justworks to be beneficial. “Everybody likes it,” she said. “Game developers are experts in creating intuitive online experiences. Our software engineers agree—Justworks features a much better interface than the last platform we used. They’ve been very happy.”
