The Justworks MCP, or Model Context Protocol, creates a direct connection between your Justworks account and the AI tools you already use. Ask a question about your team, payroll, or time-off data in plain language, and get an answer based on the information that lives in your Justworks account, all without switching tabs or building a report. It’s the same Justworks data you currently rely on, now available from the AI tool you’re already working in.
The Justworks MCP is available to account administrators on PEO and Payroll plans. Setup takes just a few minutes and requires no technical background, only your existing Justworks credentials.
How It Works
1. Connect your AI tool
Add the Justworks MCP to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI tool using our server at mcp.justworks.com. Sign in with your existing Justworks login—no new passwords, API keys, or technical setup required.
2. Ask in plain language
Once connected, ask questions about your Justworks data the same way you would ask a teammate. Who's taken time off this month? What did we run in payroll last quarter? What's the headcount in [department]? No filters to configure, no reports to export—just ask and get an answer.
3. Get live answers where you work
The Justworks MCP pulls real-time data directly from your Justworks account and returns it in a format you can use right away. At launch, you can access team and headcount data, payroll history and paystubs, time-off balances and requests, and deduction details. More capabilities are on the way.
