Streamlining Employee Terminations with a New and Improved Separation Process

Enhanced Separation Flow

We understand that terminating an employee can be challenging. To alleviate some of the burden, Justworks has simplified the separation process by incorporating a few enhancements into a new Separation Flow.

With the new experience, admins can:

  • Proactively submit details regarding the separation by completing the dynamic separation questionnaire.

  • Schedule final payments for their employee immediately after completing the separation flow.

  • Access resources for navigating the complex separation requirements for each state in the new Notice of Separation Education hub.

The new Separation Flow became available to all Justworks customers on March 1, 2024.
