External broker medical insurance cards available in Justworks Benefits Center

Before medical insurance cards from external brokers were available in Justworks, employees were required to log in to a third-party platform called Ease to access their cards. We’ve addressed this disjointed experience by bringing both their non-medical insurance benefits they have through Justworks and their external medical insurance cards all in one place — the Justworks Benefits Center.

After logging in to Justworks Benefits Center, employees with medical insurance managed by NFP will be directed to log in to Ease to manage their coverage. If the employee’s benefits are managed by another broker, they’ll need to contact their benefits administrator to learn where to manage their coverage. In the near future, we’ll be making an update to the cards to include an additional broker.
