You can now help your team save for retirement without having to take on the burden of increased benefits administration, costs, and risks.

Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA), and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)

If your company is enrolled in health insurance with Justworks, you can now offer your team pre-tax HSA, FSA, and DCFSA benefits through our provider, Optum Financial. These benefits allow eligible members to use pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified medical and dependent care costs throughout the year — reducing your payroll taxes and improving employee wellbeing.

Life Insurance + Disability Insurance

We partner with Beam to offer access to Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability Insurance — so your employees and their loved ones will feel financially protected when faced with the unexpected. When faced with the unexpected, members and their loved ones will know they’re protected.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance 

We are integrated with NEXT, a workers’ comp provider and broker to provide Justworks Payroll customers access to Workers’ Compensation Insurance. NEXT Insurance uncomplicates the purchase, use, and renewal of insurance for small business owners so you can optimize coverage and run businesses with continued confidence.
