Introducing the Justworks Care Navigation Guide and expanded Talkspace offering

Care Navigation Guide

The Care Navigation Guide is a health and wellness guide available to all employees on Justworks, focused on helping you take a more proactive approach to you and your family’s health and well-being. With recommendations from our in-network providers, this guide gives you insights into how to take care of you and your family throughout the year and benchmarks on what to expect as far as co-pays and costs for procedures so you’re not going in uninformed.

The guide consists of two sections:

1. The Essentials:

   A checklist of health care tasks you can complete throughout the year like an annual check-up and COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccinations. By using this list employees can learn about preventative health measures and how they can use their health benefits to complete them and proactively manage their health and well-being.

2. Ways to Save:

   A collection of health insurance usage tips to help you avoid increased health insurance costs. Use this to learn ways to maximize your plan for everything from doctor’s visits and prescriptions, to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

All employees on Justworks have access to the guide from their Benefits Center.

Talkspace Expansion

On November 1, 2021, the Talkspace offering through Justworks transitioned from a 3-month to 12-month offering for the 2021–2022 medical plan year. This expansion helps employers offer more competitive benefits that demonstrate an exciting investment in the accessibility of mental health care for employees.

With Talkspace, employees have access to unlimited texting, voice, and video messages with a professional therapist, as well as one live video session per month. Employees enrolled in medical insurance can enroll in the 12-month offering from their Benefits Center and will be directed to the sign-up page to enter the Justworks code found in the Benefits Center. Employees who are currently enrolled in Talkspace or completed their three month trial will need to email Talkspace support at [email protected] to upgrade to the free full-year plan and to stay with their therapist.
