New MetLife claims experience and updated PPP Forgiveness report

Employees in New York who need to submit a MetLife claim for Paid Family Leave or disability can now do so directly from their Justworks Benefits Center. We know this can be a long and complex process, so we created a central place for employees to understand common terms found on the claim form, learn about the timeline of filing a claim, and check the status of an existing claim. With all the important information easily accessible in Justworks, employees can be more confident when starting the claims process and have better visibility into the claim status. Your employees in New York can view this new feature in their Justworks Benefits Center by clicking on the Ancillary Benefits tab.

To comply with recent legislation, we’ve updated our PPP Forgiveness report by adding employer-paid life insurance and employer-paid disability to the Group Health Cost section. Admins with “Make payments” or “View invoices and reporting” permissions” can access the report by navigating to “Company” > “Reports” > “PPP Forgiveness.”
