Pronouns and Birthday Display Account Settings
Hello and welcome to Changelog, your roundup of everything new in Justworks. This week we launched new employee account settings to help employees bring their full selves to work and have more control over the information they display in Justworks.
Pronouns
We’re excited to announce that employees can now enter their pronouns into their Justworks account! Employee pronouns display on employees’ public profiles, company org chart, and company census report. Encouraging employees to use this setting can help your team know how to identify one another, make employees feel validated and seen, and create a more inclusive workplace for everyone.
Birthday Display
Employees can now hide or display their birthday month and day from their public profile. This setting makes it easier for employees to control what personal information is shared in the workplace and eliminates the need to hide employees from the directory for this purpose.
