Hello and welcome to Changelog, your roundup of everything new in Justworks. This week we launched a new feature that will help you save precious time when scheduling off-cycle multiple payments in the Payments Center.
Save time and reduce costly errors with bulk payments
We know it can take up a lot of time and resources when scheduling tens or hundreds of off-cycle payments in a day. This process can be frustrating and may lead to errors due to manual data entry. That is why we’ve developed bulk payments, an easy way for you to schedule multiple off-cycle payments of the same type using a .csv template in just a few minutes.
You can also preview all your scheduled payments in the new ‘Payments Activities’ tab. This update helps you gain better visibility and stay on top of your payment activities.
Try out the new bulk payments feature by logging into Justworks and visiting the ‘Payments Center.’ From there, you can choose the payment type you would like to schedule, then select ‘bulk upload’ to start the process.
